We find ourselves in an era where people, more than ever before, are questioning whether traditional ways of working enable the lifestyle they want to lead. And there are those who have, through current pandemic circumstances, been forced to explore other employment options.

These situations have consequent impacts on organisations. My role is to coach individuals and support organisations to manage these transitions successfully, in response to the new ‘normal’, meeting face to face or remotely.
